Monday December 9th

Arrive by 12:45 PM

1:00 PM – 1:15 PM

• Energy Session: Begin the day with grounding exercises that set a positive and focused tone.

1:15 PM – 4:00 PM

• Explore the skeletal, muscular, and fascial systems.
• Learn how these systems connect and how massage therapy supports healing.
• Watch live demonstrations of myofascial release and sports massage, two popular and effective techniques.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Enjoy a complimentary dinner and presentation from our Admissions Director and Financial Aid Advisor, discussing the school and financing options, including scholarships.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Master the basics of chair massage and body mechanics.
• Participate in chair massage exchanges, where you’ll practice giving and receiving relaxation-focused massages.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Enjoy massages from our talented students.
• Participate in a knowledge-based quiz, with the top three scores winning a one-hour massage. Plus, one lucky attendee will win a 25-minute focus massage from our educator!
