Do you love connecting with people, inspiring others, and helping them take the first step toward an exciting career in the beauty industry? The Salon Professional Academy is looking for a high-energy Admissions Representative who is passionate about helping future professionals start their journey.
What You’ll Do
As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students through the process of discovering their future career. You’ll build relationships, host career planning sessions, and show students and families what makes our academy special.
Your role will include:
- Meeting with prospective students and families for career planning sessions and school tours
- Following up with leads through calls, texts, and email
- Visiting local high schools, career fairs, and community events to connect with future students
- Supporting open houses and recruiting events
- Maintaining organized student records and tracking prospective students
- Helping students confidently enroll in their career training program

Schedule
This is a 32-hour per week position with a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional Saturday hours to accommodate prospective student schedules.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in cosmetology theory and technique
- Mentor and coach students on the salon training floor
- Create a positive, motivating, and professional learning environment
- Support students in building technical skills, confidence, and career readiness
- Collaborate with a passionate education team that truly cares about student success
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed cosmetologist in Minnesota
- A genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring others
