What inspired you to become an educator?

Keith’s journey into education was influenced by the many coaches, teachers, and mentors who made a significant impact on his career. “Education has always been a part of my career,” Keith shares. “These people made a huge impact on me and my career. By emulating them, I am hoping to give students the same things that they gave me. I want to make that impact on them and make a difference while they are in school.” Keith’s dedication to paying it forward is a testament to his commitment to fostering the next generation of beauty professionals.

What is your teaching philosophy?

Keith’s teaching philosophy revolves around understanding and adapting to different learning styles. He believes that “some things can’t be taught. You can show them what you know, then they have to teach themselves.” This approach encourages students to develop their own learning strategies while benefiting from Keith’s extensive knowledge and experience.
