Ignite Your Passion: TSPA Maplewood Shines at the 2026 Redken Symposium

The 2026 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas lived up to its theme, “Ignite Your Passion,” and then some!

Owners Julie Mitchell and Cortney Leduc, along with educators Kelly Jo, Kelly, and Jasmine, had the incredible opportunity to attend one of the beauty industry’s most inspiring events. From the moment the MainStage presentations began, the energy, creativity, and passion were contagious. Every session was filled with motivation, innovation, and reminders of why we love this industry so much.

One of the biggest highlights of the event was seeing one of our very own, Kelly Jo, cross the stage as a finalist in the prestigious Redken Hair Color Awards. Watching her receive recognition among some of the industry’s most talented artists was a proud and unforgettable moment for our entire team.

Throughout the symposium, our team learned from some of the biggest names in the beauty industry, including legends like Sam Villa, while also discovering exciting new artists who are helping shape the future of beauty. The Business Forum provided valuable insights, fresh ideas, and innovative strategies that we are excited to bring back to our academy and students.

Of course, no Redken Symposium would be complete without the famous Redken Bash! Our team proudly helped paint Las Vegas magenta as we celebrated alongside thousands of passionate beauty professionals from across the country.

Experiences like Redken Symposium remind us that education never stops. We return home energized, inspired, and committed to bringing the latest techniques, trends, and industry knowledge back to our students and guests.
