At The Salon Professional Academy, we take immense pride in recognizing the dedication and passion of our educators. Today, we celebrate a truly outstanding instructor who has gone above and beyond to inspire, mentor, and lead—our incredible massage therapy instructor, TJ!

TJ’s impact on our academy is immeasurable. From the moment he steps into the classroom, his contagious energy uplifts everyone around him. His unwavering support and encouragement empower students to push beyond their limits, embrace new challenges, and believe in their own potential. More than just an educator, TJ is a motivator, a role model, and a beacon of positivity for both students and fellow instructors alike.

One of the many ways TJ’s leadership shines is through his involvement in the Rising Artist competition. His encouragement has given even the most hesitant students the confidence to step onto the competition stage, demonstrating their skills and talents in ways they never imagined possible.  His classes consistently lead in retail sales and additional services, showcasing his ability to connect education with real-world success.

It comes as no surprise that the judges for the SPEC Educator Excellence Award were thoroughly impressed with TJ’s contributions. His bubbly spirit, humble heart, and relentless commitment to student success make him a standout in the field of education.
